We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
Certain products such as personal care or hygiene items cannot be returned for safety reasons

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at info@ljora.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
  3. You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item (unless the product was defective or incorrect).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and credited to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us again.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
