Because we offer both supplier-fulfilled products and items delivered directly by our team, return conditions may vary depending on the product.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned with all original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Returns for Supplier-Fulfilled Products

Some products available on LJORA are shipped directly from third-party suppliers and partner warehouses.

For these items:

  • Return requests must be submitted through our customer support.
  • We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  • The product must be securely packaged in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund according to the conditions described below.


3. Returns for LJORA Stocked Products

For products stocked and sold directly by LJORA:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed if the return conditions are met.


4. Inspection and Refund Process

All returned products are carefully inspected once they arrive at our facility.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been checked and approved.

If the product shows signs of:

  • damage caused by misuse
  • missing parts
  • significant wear

we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a partial refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


5. Items Delivered by Our Staff

Some items sold by LJORA are delivered directly by our staff, such as:

  • bespoke furniture
  • large furniture items
  • selected second-hand electronics (e.g., televisions)

For these items:

  • The product will be checked and inspected with the customer at the time of delivery.
  • Customers are expected to verify the condition of the product during delivery.

Because these items are inspected during delivery, they generally cannot be returned after acceptance.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Bespoke or custom-made furniture
  • Second-hand electronics
  • Items delivered and approved during in-home inspection

These items may only qualify for assistance if there is a critical fault or major issue discovered shortly after delivery.


7. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide:

  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging
  • order details

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.


8. Refund Processing Time

Once a return has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider or bank.
